Movement sequence:
Lie on your back. Your legs are bent. Now place your feet hip-width apart. Pull the tops of your feet toward your shins. Your arms are beside your torso and your palms are facing up. Now press your heels into the floor and alternately lift your pelvis until your hips are extended, then lower them back down without resting your butt on the floor. Repeat this exercise 15 to 20 times.
